Since the start of the pandemic, employees and employers both are taking part in the biggest ever experiment in adopting new ways of working. While we are trying to find the new normal, the biggest question is how this will change the future of work. We discuss 7 plus one main dilemmas the pandemic has imposed uponus – both on the employees and employers. Our survey of over 1,500 employees and more than 200 employers has shed light on what a company or a leader may do to gain competitive advantage and prosper.
